**Position:** Insulation Laborer
**Location:** Greater Cincinnati Area
**Pay:** $20 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Home Energy Pros is a leading provider of home energy solutions in the Greater Cincinnati area. We specialize in enhancing the energy efficiency of homes through quality insulation solar-powered attic ventilation systems and a range of other home improvement services.
**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking hard-working and dedicated Insulation Laborers to join our team. In this role you will be involved in the installation of attic insulation solar-powered attic ventilation systems and other home improvement projects. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to work in a growing industry with potential for advancement based on performance and experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the installation of attic insulation to increase home energy efficiency.
- Help install solar-powered attic ventilation systems.
- Work on various home improvement projects as directed by the lead technician.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines on all job sites.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in construction insulation or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
