Job Description
Join the MTC Federal Team as a Loan Processor!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you detail-oriented organized and passionate about helping people MTC Federal Credit Union is looking for a motivated Loan Processor to join our team! In this role youll play a critical part in processing closing and funding loans all while delivering outstanding service to our members.
What Youll Do:
As a Loan Processor youll handle the end-to-end loan lifecycle from initial approval to disbursement while ensuring accuracy compliance and a smooth member experience. Responsibilities include:
- Processing and funding 812 loans per day
- Celebrating loan approvals with members and guiding them through documentation
- Managing title work and ensuring MTC Federal is properly listed as lien holder
- Preparing and validating all loan documents for closing
- Using DocuSign to finalize loans and disburse funds accurately
- Assisting members with setting up automatic payments
- Ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met
What You Bring:
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive member-focused attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with loan processing or financial services is a plus
- Familiarity with DocuSign and general ledger transactions is preferred

Requirements
Knowledge and Skills:Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
