Job Title: Nanny / Family Assistant
Location: Harrison NY
Start Date: Flexible can begin immediately or by end of summer
Schedule: 30 hours per week
Compensation: $30$35 per hour based on experience
About the Family:
A warm professional family in Harrison NY is seeking a reliable and experienced Nanny/Family Assistant to support their household and two school-aged children (ages 11 and 13). The ideal candidate will be engaging organized and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to support a busy family lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
School pickups and driving children to and from extracurricular activities (valid drivers license and clean driving record required)
Assisting with homework and school-related tasks
Providing age-appropriate supervision and engaging with the children in a positive respectful manner
Light household support including:
Tidying the kitchen
Preparing simple family dinners
Helping maintain general household order (no deep cleaning required; the family has a full-time housekeeper)
Supporting the familys routine and schedule in a flexible dependable manner
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a nanny or family assistant preferably with school-aged children
Safe confident driver with a clean driving record
Organized professional and proactive
Able to create a calm structured environment for children
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Legal to work in the U.S.
References required
