Example Shift Hours: (9:30 AM - 2:15 PM) (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) (12:00 PM - 6:00 PM) (6:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Start Date: October 13-16

Pay Range:$22/hour

Job Summary:We are Dark Staffing Events a premier division of Dark Staffing Solutions dedicated to providing top-tier personnel for a variety of events. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to assist in various roles including concessions registration crowd control and more during our event. The ideal candidate will be customer-service-oriented proactive and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate food and beverage stands handling cash and credit transactions

• Ensure inventory is stocked and maintain cleanliness of the concession area

• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees

• Assist with the check-in process for attendees ensuring accurate and efficient registration

• Distribute event materials badges and other relevant information

• Address attendee inquiries and provide directions as needed

• Monitor and manage crowd movement to ensure safety and smooth flow of foot traffic

• Assist in directing attendees to appropriate areas within the event venue

• Communicate with security and event management to report any issues or concerns.

• Set up and break down event spaces including arranging seating tables and decorations.

• Assist with the coordination of event logistics and support event activities as needed.

• Provide support to event speakers performers and vendors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event staffing customer service or hospitality is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
