Warehouse Associate
Location: Denver CO 80239
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:30 AM 2:30 PM
Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks & one 30-minute lunch
Overtime: 23 hours daily as needed
Assignment Length: 3 months (possible extension based on performance)
Start Date: ASAP (pending successful interview and onboarding clearance)
Position Summary: Warehouse I
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Denver team. This role supports vital inventory packaging and shipment operations - including temperature-sensitive materials. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values precision safety and teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of packaging systems and gel packs
- Replenish reusable packaging and handle dry ice safely
- Follow cold chain protocols and shipping temperature requirements
- Process and manage On Hold and T Not OK to Send shipments per procedures
- Complete GxP documentation and identify shipping doc requirements
- Operate WC systems such as WorldStar and Opstar
- Issue airline airway bills for domestic and international non-rev shipments
- Follow Temp Tale device protocols and procedures
Experience & Requirements
- Prior experience with WorldStar and Opstar preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics a plus
