We are a top-performing real estate group closing 100 transactions a year in San Mateo County searching for motivated talented real estate agents who want to close more deals make more money and work less hours. Our results speak for themselves- last year our program helped an agent go from making $80k a year in corporate to $300k net in their first 12 months from real estate sales. The best part is they still enjoyed their life at the same time- they were newly married that first year in the business they didnt hold open houses every weekend and they didnt skip vacations. Another one of our agents doubled her income in 2024 to $400000 as a mother of three AND she just purchased her first investment property. We provide more opportunities for agents to meet and close motivated clients through our open houses (on average we sign about 1-2 listings a week- sometimes we sign 5) and 30000 lead database from 10 years in the business. We have a track record of training up new agents to top producers particularly those coming from a second career. Our biggest challenge right now is we have too many opportunities and we need closers to catch those opportunities and grow with our business. We are looking for the agents who want to do less to earn more who are looking for leverage to focus on what makes them successful and grow into the life that serves them and their family the best.

REQUIREMENTS

Active California Real Estate License
Prior success in real estate or another career
Strong work ethic
Desire for personal and professional growth
