About the job
This position plays a critical role in the ongoing transformation of our SMS HR Services aiming at making it a more reliable efficient and customer-centric organization for the future. In this role you will lead one of the transformations main initiatives the Future Proof SMS HR Services project as well as support the Global Head of SMS HR Services with the broader transformation agenda.
Your responsibilities will include comprehensive project management tasks including planning execution and follow-up of transformation activities. You will balance long-term strategic objectives with immediate operational requirements and continuously gather and leverage feedback from stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business needs and objectives. You will proactively identify potential risks associated with the transformation and develop effective mitigation strategies to address them.
You will support the SMS HR Services organization in becoming a continuously evolving organization through creating a governance structure that fosters collaboration and effective ways of working as well as track and measure performance of transformation initiatives against key metrics and KPIs.
Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with the wider SMS HR Services team customers and key stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills will be essential as you provide regular updates to the Global Head of SMS HR Services and senior leadership on project status challenges and achievements ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the transformation process.
Leading change management processes is vital in helping us adopt new ways of working while communicating transformation goals and providing training to support teams throughout the change process. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of SMS HR Services.
This role reports to Sophie Cayer Barrioz Global Head of SMS HR Services. While the location is flexible in Europe preferably in Sweden to accommodate time zone considerations.
About you
We are looking for an experienced change management professional with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on change management preferably within HR. Your expertise in project management and agile way of working enables you to lead complex multinational and complex initiatives ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your flexibility allows you to adapt standard project management approaches to meet the unique circumstances of each project and a university degree supports your knowledge and skills in this area. Working in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English verbally and in writing and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Your leadership style emphasizes inclusiveness and respect for diverse cultures fostering an environment where teams can thrive and deliver value. With your excellent communication skills you effectively manage and create relationships with stakeholders. You have a service and customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility taking accountability and addressing challenges proactively and efficiently with your problem-solving abilities. You are result-oriented focused on creating value through continuous improvement and innovation aligning SMS HR Services with business goals to drive success.
