Description

Join our EMEA Claims Operations MI/BI team where you will provide deep data insights to COG regional EMEA Leadership local claims clusters/countries heads and SLT. Your work will range from analyzing claims trends and KPIs to developing sophisticated predictive models and management recommendations. While basic data generation is handled offshore advanced data interpretation and KPI trend analysis are conducted onshore close to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analytics and advanced data generation ensuring accuracy and timeliness and communicate/escalate to stakeholders as needed.
  • Re-engineer processes for the global AI program and support the design and implementation of approved initiatives.
  • Act as a Business Process Subject Matter Expert collaborating with IT to recommend process improvements and support change management.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement prioritize initiatives and manage their implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline activities introduce process metrics staffing models and controls.
  • Establish a strong understanding of IT data sources to generate validate and discuss data sources and validity.
  • Build sustainable relationships with Claims Handlers IT Data and actuarial departments as well as other key internal departments.
  • Lead MI/BI projects to support data generation activities and insights with a deep understanding of processes.
  • Engage in ongoing projects identified as MI/BI critical focusing on data interpretation and generation.
  • Emphasize Chubbs Claims Craftsmanship modules and MI/BI relevant training on all Chubb systems data manipulation and digital innovations.
  • Drive self-studies to stay up-to-date and ensure sustainable knowledge bench-strength..
  • Demonstrate flexibility agile attitude team cooperation lean & 6Sigma mindset and long-term business thinking.


Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and one/two other relevant local languages preferred (German/French/Spanish recommended).
  • University degree in Business Administration or Mathematical/Statistics science preferred or equivalent qualifications in an international environment.
  • Strong sense of execution and accountability with the ability to explain complex matters simply to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking on a regional level with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop relevant hypotheses.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead meetings under tight data delivery deadlines and pressure.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Insurance or equivalent industry.
  • Strong cultural understanding of each geography within the EMEA region.
