Zinlabs is a US-based early-stage startup building software copilot for business finance. We re crafting the best products around SaaS Banking and AI for business finance - think of Intuit but 10x better products. We ve launched our first product for startups - Next we re building various SaaS solutions for finance professionals and entrepreneurs.
We re a profitable startup with a fast-growing revenue currently doing early six digits just within three months of launch. We re expected to grow revenue to $2Mn in the first year. In the next 5 years we aim to become a $500Mn revenue company through financial products.
We are looking for our founding GTM & BD Associate hire to lay the groundwork for growth at Zinance. With a solid base of early customers who love our product we are looking to grow from 1-10.

What You ll Do
- We are still developing our tools processes and workflows. Youll play a key role in building these out identifying what works testing and scaling.
- Take charge of the Account-Based Marketing campaigns end-to-end from lead gen to data sping/extracting contacts setting up the campaigns with sequences experimenting with copies and measuring results.
- Build and manage partnership with other SaaS companies VCs and CFO/CPA firms.
- Work with third party agency for marketing channels.
- Conduct growth experiments to understand our customers reach a larger audience and scale successful strategies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including GTM partnerships growth hacking etc.
- Support founding team in Adhoc tasks as and when required.
Who You Are
- You must have 2 to 5 years of experience in BD/GTM in US market for SaaS.
- You have worked on $15K to $30K deal size for mid market customers.
- You have a strong communication skills. Plus plus if proficient with US accent
- You re a terrific creative writer.
- Have a strong problem solving skills and learning new tools to scale growth.
- You are ready to learn new things as required like working in early stage startup and can take end to end ownership.
