Client Services Representative
Remote South Africa
Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM EST
$1800 $2200 USD/month DOE
Independent Contractor

About the Role

As a Client Services Representative youll be a critical support system within the Sales Department working closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure a seamless client experience from order placement through fulfillment. Youll be the primary point of contact for clients managing inquiries resolving issues and helping deliver on expectations. If youre organized detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for client communications via phone email and virtual meetings
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and understanding their goals
  • Providing accurate updates on order status timelines and fulfillment
  • Resolving client concerns promptly and professionally escalating when necessary
  • Coordinating internally with R&D Accounting Packaging & Labeling and other teams to ensure smooth processes
  • Managing client accounts including order processing updates and record keeping
  • Supporting Inside Sales by completing product update reports and helping to ensure all steps from order to delivery are aligned

What We re Looking For

2 years of experience in customer service with a strong understanding of sales operations
Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude
Highly organized with a proactive approach to managing multiple orders and tasks
Fluent English speaker (C1 level or above)
Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM tools spreadsheets and call systems
Reliable detail-oriented and able to take initiative in a fast-moving environment
