Insomniac produces some of the most innovative immersive music festivals and events in the world. Enhanced by state-of-the-art lighting pyrotechnics and sound design large-scale art installations theatrical performers and next generation special effects our events captivate the senses and inspire a unique level of fan interaction. Insomniac produces 10000 concerts club nights and festivals for seven million attendees annually across the globe. Since its inception Insomniacs events have taken place in 13 countries across five continents. The companys premiere annual event Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas is the worlds largest dance music festival and attracts more than 525000 fans over three days. The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.
THE ROLE
Were looking for a driven detail-savvy Street Team Coordinator whos deeply tapped into the culture and ready to take our IRL presence to the next level. If you thrive in fast-paced environments know how to rally a crew and see the streets as a canvas for creativity youll fit right in.
In this role youll coordinate our street team operations execute bold grassroots campaigns and manage out-of-home activations that turn heads and spark conversations. From city takeovers to key drops and pop-up moments youll be at the forefront of our on-the-ground movement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit train and manage a team of passionate on-the-ground street team promoters.
Build schedules and assign tasks for local and regional street team members.
Plan and execute grassroots marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and upcoming events.
Distribute promotional materials (flyers posters stickers etc.) at high-traffic areas venues retail spots and cultural hubs.
Identify and secure high-traffic locations for street-level visibility.
Oversee street team performance attendance and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all street team activities and updates.
Ensure brand guidelines tone and messaging are consistently followed in the field.
Stay ahead of trends and identify emerging opportunities for IRL brand presence.
Logistics & Execution:
Coordinate delivery transportation and installation of OOH materials.
Track manage and restock physical assets (posters stands etc.).
Ensure teams have the necessary tools (uniforms mobile devices maps etc.).
Coordinate materials distribution (flyers promo items posters etc.).
Support in-market scouting for new placement opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis:
Collect and compile field reports including photos videos and location data.
Maintain accurate documentation of all campaign activities.
Provide performance recaps campaign summaries and engagement metrics.
Offer feedback and insights to optimize future campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in street marketing promotions or event activation.
Comfortable working outdoors on foot and independently for extended periods.
Physically able to carry hang and distribute materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly dependable punctual and self-motivated.
Tech-savvy enough to use phones/apps for routing reporting and photo sharing.
Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and some travel.
Must have clean criminal and driving record current license passport and car insurance.
Knowledge of local scenes (music art nightlife fashion etc.).
Experience with hand-to-hand flyering wild posting or branded activations.
Creative mindset can think on your feet and troubleshoot in the field.
Familiarity with Photoshop Illustrator Google Drive Slack and other basic workflow tools.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Prolonged periods of standing in the warehouse at a mobile desk while tracking trucks
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
Must be willing to travel to work during holidays evening and weekend hours as required to meet deadlines
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations
Must be able to work in open concept office space

Hourly Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $30.00 USD
Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law. It is estimated based on what a successful California applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in California or perform the position from California. Similar positions located outside of California will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Insomniac takes into consideration a candidates education training and experience as well as the positions work location expected quality and quantity of work required travel (if any) external market and internal value including seniority and merit systems and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. In compliance with the California Law a potential new employees salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
