Overview

The Warehouse 1 position is ideal for individuals who are reliable organized and eager to learn. Team members in this role are responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities such as receiving shipments organizing inventory preparing orders and keeping work areas clean and efficient. Warehouse 1 employees play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring products are accurately handled and processed.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

• Receive unpack and organize incoming shipments and materials.
• Track iventory
• Accurately pack and label items for outgoing deliverables.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse
• Restock shelves based on inventory needs and priority.
• Follow company procedures for handling and tracking inventory.
• Support the warehouse team with general tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies with inventory or shipments to leadership.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in alignment with company quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Other duties assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 years of warehouse in the construction or building materials industry preferred..
• Equipment Proficiency: Certified forklift operator preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks manage schedules and ensure operational efficiency.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
• Inventory management experience preferred.

• Reliable punctual and professional.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and safety.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday standard daytime hours; 8:00 am - 5 pm

Job Type:

• Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week

Compensation:

• $15-$20 per hour.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse-based environment with a business casual dress code. Standard warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles.
