Job Description
Insurance CSR FNOL intake temp position MO/SC
This position is a temporary position taking FNOL during cat hurricane situations. The length of the position will depend on the amount of damage caused by the storm and the call volume. You will be responsible for taking calls from customers and gathering and documenting detailed and accurate information on the loss to submit it to the carrier. Although this position is temporary we have full-time permanent positions that could be offered when the storm volume subsides. Additionally there could be multiple times throughout the hurricane season when hours are available for this position. This is not a work-from-home position. This position is in our Nevada Mo and Newberry SC call center. This position offers flexible scheduling with all hours needed. The rate of pay is up to 15.00/hr.

- Communicates effectively with customers and agents through both verbal and written communication.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively on a pc.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
