Department: Substance Use and Recovery Services
Pay: $22/hr-$22.75/hr

As a Case Manager youll work closely with residents to provide individualized support and guidance as they navigate their recovery. You will:
- Foster a safe drug-free and recovery-oriented environment.
- Support residents in setting and achieving recovery goals.
- Coordinate care and connect residents with social medical vocational and community resources.
- Document services and track participant progress through timely objective case notes.
- Assist with intake screenings and collaborate with referral sources.
- Provide hands-on support for appointments benefits coordination and goal planning.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college in human services or a related field preferred.
- LADC or CADAC certification strongly preferred.
- Experience in substance addiction recovery services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with community-based resources and social services.
- Calm steady presence with a solution-oriented mindset.

- Monday: 7a - 3p
- Tuesday: 8a - 4p
- Wednesday 3p to 11p with flexibility
- Thursday 9a to 5p
