Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as lead designer on mid-sized multi-disciplinary projects
  • Collaborate with clients teammates and agencies to drive project success
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to our culture of continuous learning
  • Perform complex engineering designs and QA/QC
  • Guide construction phases to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
  • Influence project scoping pricing and business outcomes

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
  • 6 years of prior mechanical and/or plumbing design experience as an engineering MEP consultant or plumbing contractor required
  • Professional Engineer license required (Florida)
  • Experience with architectural projects such as schools municipal buildings health care facilities commercial buildings or related projects required
  • Prior experience with project management from start to finish with both contractors clients and other disciplines preferred
  • Strong technical skills in CADD GIS BIM and Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative mindset and leadership abilities
  • Passion for mentoring up-and-coming engineers
  • A passion for creative problem-solving and community-focused work
