In this professional administrative position you will be responsible for adhering to all Consolidated Community Living and Person/Family Directed Support (PFDS) guidelines and timeframes. Work includes implementing new ODP policies and procedures relating to the Intellectual Disability Waiver Program; authorizing and reviewing utilization of Individual Support Plans; and monitoring and maintaining individual files to meet State Regulations. Effective communication skills are essential as you will attend meetings with individuals service providers and families to resolve conflicts coordinate programs and explain the qualifications for different waiver programs and services. You will be expected to attend meetings or phone conferences with Supports Coordinators and SC Supervisors to explain program changes and expectations. You will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to contract providers and other stakeholders concerning billing issues Bulletins Memos Announcements ISP Manual and Service Definitions and other Waiver Policies Regulations and forms.
