Were looking for an amazing Specialist Communications Content to fill this role. Youll be responsible for working with brand leaders and internal partners to create distribute and support clear and compelling multi-purpose content for shipboard and shoreside employee communications public relations and social media channels. This role involves developing effective in-person visual and written deliverables including (but not limited to) blog posts intranet pages email memos employee newsletters newsroom releases posters presentations social media posts videos and other content. The Specialist Communications Content will work closely with various departments to ensure the companys brand identity culture priorities reputation values and voice are aligned and represented in all campaigns communications and content. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication abilities strong multi-media content production skills experience in corporate communications and a track record of executing successful communication campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Own content development and tactical delivery. Develop and produce multi-purpose content for various communication channels.
- Review copyedit and coordinate across brands and departments. Ensure all content adheres to the companys brand identity and voice
- Manage communications channels and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns
- Support engagement activities. Support public relations and social media initiatives
- Maintain and update intranet pages and employee newsletters
- Collaborate and support senior leadership:
- Work with senior leaders to craft verbal visual and written messaging including scripts presentations video memos and social content in their voice and/or the voice of the brand.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited high learning program in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
- 5 years of corporate internal communications and/or public relations experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written verbal and visual communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using communication platforms and design software and tools.
- Experience thriving in a complex and global organization.
- Highly proficient in content management and planning generative AI Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft 365 and emerging communications technologies.
- A confident and proficient communicator and writer. Strong skills in crafting all forms of communications content including spoken written video event social and web.
- Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics. Ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to communicate actions and activities that maximize organization performance and reputation.
- Knowledge of and ability to use the optimal channels techniques and tools to communicate information and engage employees.
- Ability to work in a complex evolving and fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to crate engaging content in various formats for diverse and remote audiences.
- Experience in collaborating with multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging.
- Proven track record of measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication efforts.
This position follows the Companys schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.

- Base Salary Range: $72200 to $97500. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
