Bridge Investment Group is hiring a rising senior for ourSoftware Development Summer Internshipin Salt Lake City Utah. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure within one of the fastest-growing global real estate investment firms. Interns will work alongside an industry-leading technical team pioneering the development of AI technologies.

What Youll Experience

As a Summer Analyst youll be part of a collaborative and innovative team focused on building and enhancing software solutions that support Bridges investment and operational platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and testing of internal software tools and platforms.

  • Supporting data management and automation initiatives.

  • Collaborating with engineers and analysts to implement AI and machine learning solutions.

  • Participating in code reviews debugging and documentation.

  • Contributing to special projects that improve efficiency and scalability across the firm.

What You Bring

Were looking for candidates who are technically skilled curious and eager to learn. Ideal applicants will have:

  • Working toward a bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence Mathematics Statistics or Engineering (with a focus on software or computer engineering).

  • A GPA of 3.5 or higher.

  • Experience with Python or SQL.

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

  • A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of urgency.

  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Preferred experience with Azure machine learning algorithms or large language models.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
