What this job involves: The Contract Manager is responsible for consistently delivering quality contracts through comprehensive review cross functional alignment and prioritized work flows. This role will have diverse responsibilities in drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with Client policies and procedures in the EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) Region. The Contract Manager will be responsible for reporting and improving on key metrics as provided by leadership.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead the oversight of the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation and execution to renewal and termination working with cross functional partners such as risk legal tax and business stakeholders.
• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of agreements both in local and international context including customer framework/master agreements work/service orders contract amendments etc.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract terms and conditions for facility management services and design and construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Client standards and objectives and other legal and regulatory requirements for contract renewals amendments and terminations.
• Maintain and manage centralized contract management applications for visibility reporting and operational excellence
• Conduct training sessions for staff on contract management best practices and continuous improvement techniques
• Play an instrumental role in providing support and guidance to project teams during the contract lifecycle to ensure expeditious review and execution of agreements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 710 years prior experience in procurement procurement operations negotiations contract management or related fields
• Clear understanding of contract types composition use impact and scope review.
• High level of critical thinking problem solving and ability to work autonomously
• Able to autonomously manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Visio SharePoint and Outlook)
