Job Duties
The Clinical Care Technician (CCT) is responsible for direct patient care in a hospital setting. CCTs will give medication in accordance with treatment plans and policy. CCTs document and report errors via specific software and reporting mechanisms. Must be able to communicate in a written verbal and electronic manner that is open factual respectful clear concise as well as addressed to the appropriate parties with the intention of effectively building positive interactions with others. CCTs must be able to learn and effectively use the OneMind Electronic Health Record. A successful CCT at WSH will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively assist in Milieu management continue to advance their knowledge and education work directly with patients and administer medication according to WSH guidelines 100% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of illness and treatment modalities to include medication adtninistration.
Ability to participate in interdisciplinary team.
Effective communication.
Ability to implement nursing care plan and provide guidance to other staff.
Demonstrates knowledge of recovery/trauma informed care.
