Responsibilities:
- Assist Construction Manager of overall planning functions including project schedulesand progress tracking.
- Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site identifying potential delays or issues andimplementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Maintain and update all project schedules regularly collecting actual data such asprogress status and manpower allocation.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house owner and consultant submissions highlighting key achievements and milestones.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks or challenges and developcontingency plans to mitigate them.
- Resolve discrepancies and coordinate site-related technical problems encountered.
- Required to have good technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction specifically on Piling works and RC Structural works
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Construction Manager/ General Manager/ ProjectDirector.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification / Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the SO.
- At least 3 years experience in planning coordinating and managing construction works / teams for Mixed Development Projects.
Prior experience in working in construction site especially in Civil Projects.
