Sales Advisor - Addetto/a Servizio Clienti
We are looking for an Sales Advisor to support our customers for our Ships Service division. Are you the commercial and analytical relationship builder we are looking for
The overall purpose of the role is to ensure excellent customer service experience and grow sales; to be the customers key point of contact in WSS Customer Service adding Value and advising them on which products to buy why when and where.
What you will be doing:
Work closely with the customers understanding & supporting the decision makers needs and requirements related to products.
Advise and support customers on what why when and where to buy through good commercial and technical guidance.
Identify and actively pursue sales and order building opportunities
Utilize tools and knowledge about the customer in order to leverage on insights leading to adding value to the customer and increasing our sales growth.
Proactively follow up enquiries and capture sales Leads & Opportunities through planned quote follow up and similar customer facing activities.
Be an active member of the sales team for the respective account portfolio. Actively promote sales campaigns promotions and initiatives to customers.
Ensure appropriate problem solving and close cooperation with other functions internally in order to fulfil customer needs in the most efficient way.
Process certain high value and pre-defined enquiries and orders from customers as per global processes and targets and keep customers informed of changes in the order delivery status surcharges and any other relevant information.
Capture customer specific information and requirements in the system and work proactively with customers to help them standardize their requests.
Assist central customer service coordinators seeking commercial and technical advice on customers requests and orders.
Follow up customer complaints/non-compliances through the improvement/complaint system.
Handle warranty claims product return and change in cylinder ownership as per prevailing policies and procedures.
What experience and skills required
Relevant education and/-or relevant work experience
Fluent in English and Spanish or French both in writing and speaking
Customer focused with the ability to understand and react/adapt to their needs and with the ability to turn opportunities into sales growth.
Excellent interacting networking and communicating skills: Establishes good relationships with customers and colleagues
Quickly adapts to changing circumstances accepts new ideas and change initiatives Is always curious and enthusiastic to learn and develop and able to put learning into practice. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to act on Data Driven Insights.
Ability to use Digital Tools (digital interest and savviness) Excellent telephone sales skills
Supporting and co-operating attitude: Adapts to the team and builds team spirit listens consults and communicates proactively and upholds ethics and values

About the location / department:
The Customer Service department is based in Genova. You will be part of a team of 5 and report to the Customer Support Manager.
