Were hiring enthusiastic Italian speakers for a remote customer service role based in Lisbon Portugal. If youre dreaming of beaches culture and a vibrant city life while growing your international experience this ones for you.
What Youll Get
- 1024/month base salary
- Up to 225/month performance bonus
- 7.63/day meal allowance
- 1000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in 4 instalments before July ends)
- Relocation Bonus Up to 400 flight reimbursement after 6 months
Relocation Package (for those coming from abroad)
- Shared apartment for up to 12 months
- All bills included only 280/month directly from your paycheck
Your Role (Short-Term Contract 6 Months)
- Help customers via phone email and chat
- Provide info solve problems and make their day
- Work with an international team from your Lisbon home base
- Learn new tools and develop your skills in a global brand environment
Youre Perfect If You...
- Speak Italian fluently (C2)
- Communicate well in English (B2)
- Love helping people & solving problems
