The Role
The ABC is looking for a Producer Breakfast triple j to oversee and co-ordinate the content and sound of triple js Breakfast program to contribute to the maintenance and growth of the target audience.
The Job
- Produce the Breakfast program managing talkback calls presenters and guests.
- Plan and create engaging segments following ABC guidelines and audience needs.
- Lead content strategy to grow audience reach and manage guest bookings and logistics.
- Prepare daily rundowns implement feedback and update internal planners.
- Collaborate with presenters digital and video teams for content and online coverage.
- Operate studio equipment and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

About You
Youll have:
- Extensive radio production experience with strong editorial judgement.
- Skilled at creating engaging radio for young audiences and understanding triple js strategy.
- Ability to produce compelling online content for youth demographics.
- Strong interpersonal skills works well under pressure and is a proven team player.
- Excellent communicator able to give effective feedback to presenters.
- Proficient with digital broadcast systems and production equipment.
- Passionate about creating authentic diverse content reflecting Australias communities.
