As the Client Program Manager (CPM) you are an essential element of the global key account management team delivering successful customer experience creating values in customers supply chain and retaining and growing business around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
Growth and development
Detailed understanding of the customers supply chain strategy and needs.
Develop a joint strategic roadmap with the customer and commercial team.
Design IT roadmap and strategy.
Create contingency / resilience plan.
Identify efficiency and optimisation initiatives to increase profitability / reduce cost to serve.
Digital transformation / new system implementation.
Create a Maersk community around the account and create awareness of the customer.
Value creation
Uncover customer pain points / supply chain challenges and define initiatives to address/eliminate same.
Execution and Commitment
Monitor service delivery performance globally
Own customer operational escalations.
Design customer scorecard & KPIs
Engage with 3rd Party / Non-Maersk partners (customer suppliers partners service providers and vendors)
Ensure foundation in place to deliver (e.g. SOPs / Origin Workshops etc.)
Ensuring new/additional business is implemented (including EDI etc.)
Ensure that relevant financial measures are effectively managed and act as an escalation point in case
Ensure access to correct rates information and contacts on all third party (non-Maersk) supplier and partners.
Manage gain sharing agreement.
Were looking for
10 years proven track record of global key account management E2E supply chain optimization implementation of complex solutions and managing transformation
Painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to act and follow
Being an effective communicator and influence various levels of stakeholders in multi culture and diversified environments
Cultivating partnership by creating value and linking customer needs with leading industry trends and the companys products
Driving results and achieving beyond through others in and outside of own reporting line
Keeping composure and resilient during crisis and mitigate risks with alternative solutions
Bachelors degree preferably in Business Logistics or Supply Chain Management
