Job Description

Sales Engineer - Factory Automation & Robotic Welding Solutions

  • 3 years of sales application engineering experience to promote cutting-edge factory automation and robotic welding solutions is required
  • 2-year engineering degree is required along with essential familiarity (1 year) with industrial robots welding processes electric motors/servos and PLCs
  • Pay is up to $125000
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • No remote as this is an onsite position
  • Full-time permanent W-2 employee
  • Full benefits

  • Pewaukee Wisconsin area

There are advancement opportunities and this position could grow into a management role if that is of interest. Duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

  • Creating solutions to customer problems
  • Working with customers and engineers to create industrial automation systems or their components
  • Creating engineering drawings
  • Leading engineering design reviews
  • Attaining vendor pricing and delivery
  • Determining customer pricing and creating profitable attainable sales proposals
  • Traveling domestically and internationally to customer sites as needed

The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

  • A related 2-year engineering degree
  • 3 years of sales application engineering experience
  • 1 years of industrial robotic automation experience
  • 1 years of robotic welding experience
  • 1 years of electric motor and servo experience
  • 1 years of PLC experience
  • Possess the ability to travel domestically and internationally to customer sites as needed
  • Possess a solid work history
  • Being a US citizen or green card holder
  • Having a residence within a 45-minute drive
