- Coordinate daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Monitor and track shipments resolving issues such as delays damages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics activities with business needs.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments inventory and logistics transactions.
- Trak shipments and maintain a register for open orders
- Provide regular update to business on arrival of shipments.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance and present findings to management.
- Analyze logistics spend and develop efficiency and saving initiative
- Communicate with vensdors carriers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree holder in Administration industrial Engineer or relevant certificates.
Technical Skills
- MS Office very Good knowledge.
- Very English Command.
- Analysis- driven well knowledge.
Skills:-
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in performing purchasing and logistics operations in a multinational organization
- From 1-5 years experience in supply chain industry.
- Experience in supply chain industry.
- Based in Saudi Arabia are preferrable.
- Saudi national are preferrable to apply.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
