As a Proposal Development Consultant you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate our value proposition to clients while ensuring accuracy compliance and professionalism and win new business. You will work in close collaboration with Project Directors and subject matter experts to develop proposals that not only meet but exceed client expectations. Over time you will become increasingly responsible for taking ownership of proposal resources and evolving our approach to proposal development but always with the necessary support and oversight from more experienced colleagues when you need it.

Education Experience Knowledge & Other Skills
The following criteria outline the minimum hiring criteria for this position unless otherwise stipulated below as preferred or a plus.
Undergraduate or advanced degree in life sciences data sciences business or a related discipline with 3 or more years experience in working on proposals consulting (preferably life sciences) with strong understanding of client needs and proposal development.
Strong Proficiencies with MS Office suites particularly PowerPoint
Knowledge of the management consulting and/or life sciences industry is preferred
Strong Communication skills especially written: Strong business communication skills both written and verbal especially written. To be able to articulate the intelligence and insights in a coherent manner on slides
Track record of proactive communication in the work environment including proactively seeking feedback to improve capabilities.
Collaboration: strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work well within teams
Time Management & Organisation: demonstrated abilities to effectively support proposals to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. Demonstrates high attention-to-detail and quality. Proven abilities to operate autonomously when needed and make decisions with confidence
Influencing & Stakeholder Management: demonstrated ability to effectively manage routine interactions and communications with stakeholders
Achieving Results: consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned goals and objectives
