Job Description
Practice Setting: Level III NICU inpatient only
Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic: 3-5 neonates for ROP assessment weekly.
Other Ophthalmologists Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates - No
Percentage of the Practice is Neonate Pediatric Adolescent Adult Geriatric: 100%
Office Ancillary Staff: NNP in the unit who does the imaging and neonatologist available in the unit.
EMR: EPIC
Trauma Level: Level III
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months
