Are you early in your career and ready to build your skills in credit and collections Or do you already have a few years of experience and are looking to take the next step in a stable professional setting Were hiring a Credit Specialist for a fast-paced privately owned company based in Arlington TX. Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to customers with past due balances and resolve account issues.
- Manage expired or declined credit card accounts and monitor credit limits.
- Respond to credit reference inquiries and process credit applications.
- Answer incoming calls from customers in the credit queue.
- Collaborate directly with the Controller and CEO on credit decisions.
Qualifications:
- 04 years of experience in credit collections accounts receivable or finance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Self-starter who is organized reliable and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a small team and interacting with leadership.
- Prior experience in a credit or finance support role is preferred but not required.
Education:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
