Assigner I
(Customer Service / Vendor Negotiations)
Hourly Range: $19/hour to $21/hour
Out of State - Work from Home Opportunities
Position Overview
The Assigner I is an entry-level role and assumes the role of assigning basic orders promptly to ensure the order is delivered to the client by the due date requested. The Assigner I provides the appropriate assistance in helping solve any issues that may come up.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles basic assignment
- Assign orders to the most qualified vendor within our panel or based on recruitment efforts
- Ensure that all outstanding orders are completed and submitted by the vendor due date and time
- Review and ensure that the vendors product offering quality and fee schedule are in line with the client and the Companys guidelines
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of reports to the client
- Serve as a conduit between Vendor to clients and borrowers
- Make appropriate notations in the order file that describes the current status of the order
- Provide feedback about vendor performance to vendor managers
- Partner with client service managers to resolve client delays questions concerns etc.
- On-time assignment of all client orders to the most qualified vendor
- Provide vendor managers with key information regarding vendor coverage
- Resolve pre-confirmation order delays or problems
- Negotiate vendor fees and due date
- Handles inbound calls from the Vendor Hotline in support of the assignment function
- Manage competing demands and prioritize a queue effectively
- Perform office support functions including data entry and related duties as assigned
- May be asked to work on special projects assigned other duties and/or cross train to support business needs
Qualifications and Skills
