Job description
Inari Medical now apart of Stryker is hiring aQuality Training Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for planning developing and coordinating company-wide training programs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
What you will do
Maintain quality training requirements in compliance with applicable regulatory regulations company policies and internal procedures.
Design and deliver training materials including e-learning and instructor-led sessions focused on quality systems Quality Procedures (QPs) and regulatory requirements.
Work with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training requirements
and determine timelines.
Maintain accurate and complete training records and update training records (digital and electronic).
Monitor track and report on a variety of training metrics including past-due training.
Support internal and external audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related
to training processes.
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback audit findings and best practices
related to personnel training and competency.
What you need
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Technical Field
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel Outlook and Powerpoint
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce
$79500 - $123500 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
