Job Description

Digital Resource is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our talented and growing Account Management team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients digital marketing and social media campaigns. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs develop strategic plans and execute campaigns that drive results. This role requires a blend of creativity strong communication skills and an understanding of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of day-to-day tasks needed to develop world-class digital marketing and social media campaigns for clients with budgets ranging from smaller projects to very large complex initiatives.
  • Client Management: Work with multiple clients from smaller projects to complex projects with the goal of meeting or exceeding team and client expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate project information to the appropriate departmentalized teams to ensure that the solution addresses the clients campaign requirements under the guidance of the account management team leader.
  • Creativity: Demonstrate creativity in meeting client campaign requirements and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong interpersonal relationships with clients vendors and internal teams to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3 years of experience working in a marketing agency.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service experience.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital project management methodologies including the ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications perform resource allocations and assist in running team meetings.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues and manage risks.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of new web technologies web development processes delivery of solutions with digital media creative components media and advertising projects and digital analytics implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Details:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management particularly in a marketing agency setting. Preferred qualifications include experience with digital marketing strategies strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. A positive attitude excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing are essential for this role.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Project Delivery: Successfully execute and deliver marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Communication Effectiveness: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Campaign Performance: Achieve or exceed campaign performance goals and objectives driving positive outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs provide updates and gather feedback to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams including creative technical and strategic departments to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve client goals.
Resolve Issues: Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during campaign execution ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project outcomes.
