Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Manager to join a highly successful independent Lettings & Property Management agency in Basingstoke.
You will take a leading role in managing a significant residential portfolio while maintaining the companys exceptional standards of service to landlords and tenants.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a residential lettings portfolio
- Handling tenancy management and property maintenance issues
- Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors
- Resolving issues efficiently and diplomatically
- Ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to process improvement
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in property management tenancy management or lettings
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Knowledge of lettings processes and legal notices
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confident liaising across departments and with clients
- ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
