Supplies Co-ordinator
Location: Clifton Park TC York
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Full-time
Salary: Depending on experience Benefits
Summary:
Clifton Park Hospital opened in 2006 and is located just outside York. The modern purpose built hospital has been rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has first-class medical facilities including 24 beds two theatres a day case unit a large outpatient department with X-ray facilities and on-site physiotherapy including a small gym area. In 2018 the hospital opened a new outpatient department with 11 consulting rooms two treatment rooms and x-ray facilities.
The role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Theatre Supplies Co-ordinator to join our team at Clifton Park Hospital based in York.
As the Theatre Supplies Co-ordinator you will be a dynamic self-motivated computer literate person with good communication and interpersonal must be a team player and will have preferably worked in a stock control or goods-in environment previously though this is not essential as full training will be given.
As a Theatre Supplies Coordinator you will be joining a team responsible for handling all orders and management of stock coming into the hospital.
You will be responsible for the control of the ordering and stock control of the consignment prosthesis as your primary role . You will also be required to carry out regular stock takes place orders for goods as well as dispatching and putting away deliveries.
You will be able to demonstrate:
English and Mathematics are an essential part of the role as is a good standard of general knowledge of medical terminology would be beneficial though not must have a keen eye for detail.
