Job Responsibilities:
- Complete and write estimates for local commercial businesses.
- Acquire new commercial clients by subcontracting with cleaning companies maintenance firms and property management firms.
- Grow the commercial customer base through referrals from existing clients.
- Generate new commercial opportunities by leveraging personal contacts and community networking groups.
- Follow up on written estimates provided on-site with phone calls to secure new business.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with key contacts through follow-up calls to nurture relationships and secure repeat business.
- Set and pursue weekly monthly quarterly and annual sales goals to ensure steady growth.
- Tuesday Wednesday and Thursdays 8:30-4pm
Friendly outgoing personality
Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.
Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone.
Ability to calculate and prepare job estimates on site.
Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness
Drivers license and reliable transportation.
On-the-job training
