The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a talented Executive Operational Planning Director on our Legal Operations team in San Antonio Texas.
As a dedicated Executive Operational Planning Director you will provide support to the senior-most leaders through the prioritization and coordination of key deliverables and activities interpretation of business operations and/or Centers of Excellence (CoE) analyses and initiatives and the development of appropriate action plans and responses to address business issues and/or compliance and regulatory issues. Assists in the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans that drive success within key results areas. Acts as liaison between business operations both within and across CoSAs Enterprise CoEs Executive Management and/ or the EC member. Provides innovative communications support to senior leadership for Board/Council/Committees strategic or operational planning events monthly business meetings and/or compliance and regulatory requirements.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position is in San Antonio Texas. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $114080 - $218030.
Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
