Job Description

  • SCHADS Level 4 Super Not-for-profit Salary Packaging to increase your take home pay
  • Part time position available (53.2 to 60.80 hours per fortnight)
  • Thomastown and Heidelberg based (Wurundjeri Country) with flexible working arrangements

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to work along-side our small payroll team and to be part of our highly skilled friendly and energetic People Culture and Performance team.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will take responsibility for the delivery of accurate on time end to end payroll service for Kids First employees. You will provide excellent customer service ensuring payroll queries are responded to efficiently and effectively to meet staff expectations. You will deliver specialist payroll services to the organisation including reporting system support and relevant legislative payroll information (e.g. redundancy tax workers compensation).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a solid background in payroll services and looking to grow their career while working for an extraordinary organisation with purpose.

About You
