Urgent Care Physician Assistant (PA)
An Urgent Care Physician Assistant (PA) is needed in Leominster MA.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range:$90 an hour
- $3000 Sign-On Bonus
- Schedule: 3240 hours per week including evenings and every other weekend
- Health Insurance: Employer pays 70% (approx. $80 per pay period)
- Dental and Vision Insurance Available
- Retirement: 401(k) with up 4% employer match
- Paid Time Off: 15 vacation days 5 personal days 5 sick days
- Health Time: Earn 4 hours quarterly for not using sick time (no cap)
- CME: Time off approved plus $3500 annual allowance
- Holidays: 10 paid holidays
- Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for $50000$100000 (NHSC)

Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Includes evenings and every other weekend
- Setting: Onsite walk-in urgent care clinic
- Population: Patients of all ages with acute or urgent needs
- Care Scope: Perform assessments diagnose treat minor injuries and illnesses order tests and prescribe medications
- Clinical Skills: Wound repair suturing abscess drainage splinting ECG and X-ray interpretation
- Documentation: Timely and accurate charting in EMR system
- EMR System: (Please specify if available)
- Team: Collaborate with physicians PAs NPs and clinical support staff
- Additional Duties: Participate in quality initiatives staff training and team-based planning
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts PA license required
- Board Certification as a Physician Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years of PA experience required
- Urgent care or emergency experience strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to function independently while consulting with physicians as needed
- Strong communication assessment and procedural skills
- Mission-driven mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced setting
- ACLS Certification
