We are looking for a dynamic and experienced wealth management industry product manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Orion Connect and other wealth management focused platforms excellent training skills and a deep understanding of data management as it relates to custodial platforms. As the Product Lead you will be responsible for driving the business process adoption and optimization of our Wealth Management tools while supporting the implementation to enhance business and user engagement retention and satisfaction.

Job purpose:
The Client Service Associate provides essential support to the Financial Advisor by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations superior client service and efficient administrative workflow. This role is responsible for managing client communications assisting with account setup and maintenance preparing meeting materials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. By maintaining accurate records coordinating schedules and supporting both the advisor and clients the Client Service Associate plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting the overall growth and success of the advisory practice.

Working Conditions:
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable.
