Entry level pay rate for a Production Operator is $18.00/hour plus shift premium.
Job Description
Required Skills and Education
- Required education: High school or equivalent
- Able to work any shift
- Successfully complete a criminal and education background review
- Successfully complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to work on any shift does not mean a swing shift. We are a Unionized facility that in order for an Associate to shift preference to a different shift they have to meet requirements such as having a high enough Seniority.
- Be able to work weekends when volunteered for or required
- Be highly motivated and have an interest in manufacturing
- Have a history of safe work practices
- Be a team player who is flexible and easily adapts to change
