The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for working with account teams cross-functional teams and clients to define and execute channel activation and engagement strategies that effectively segment and target audiences to amplify brand awareness and grow demand.
- Works with account teams cross-functional teams and clients to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that harness the power of search social web and paid media.
- Leverages reporting and analytics to make data-driven optimizations that improve outcomes.
- Candidate must be a problem-solver and innovator who will look for ideas and solutions through analytics technology trends and audience insights to influence brand and digital marketing strategies.
WHAT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST WILL DO ONCE THEYRE HERE
Digital Marketing:- Collaborates with Digital Marketing Solutions lead and cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital strategies including SEO and social media (paid and organic) while partnering with Experience and Technology team on email marketing website/landing page optimizations and development and other emerging technologies.
- Consults with Client Services to define scope and recommended approach for digital marketing projects.
- Manages digital marketing strategy status updates; supports strategic conversations and investigation.
- Identifies key digital marketing trends and insights to make business decisions.
- Leverages research tools and data to form strategic approaches that are driven by actionable insights.
- Manages and assists in analytics reporting evaluation and insights derived from digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilizes Google Analytics Adobe Analytics and Tableau in conjunction with other reporting services to track metrics and refine client strategies.
- Collaborates with the media team to complement online buys by providing guidance and strategic recommendations for social media advertising email and search engine marketing.
- Supports Digital Marketing Director in providing digital marketing support coaching professional development and training to 2RM associates.
- Supports overall agency digital marketing efforts including contributing to social media blogs email/marketing automation webinars and new business efforts as needed.
- Works with team leadership to continually assess and improve the types and levels of digital marketing services the agency provides.
- Executes communication plans designed to improve clients relationships with customers improve customer retention and drive sales growth.
- Supports client status calls and day-to-day communication with client contacts.
Agency SME: SEO
- Serves as an agency resource for SEO-related initiatives and consults with internal teams when SEO knowledge and support are needed.
- Offers SEO expertise encompassing keyword research link building on-page optimization conversion goals and mobile search for clients.
- Analyzes technical site errors suggests solutions for implementation (internally or through third-party vendors) and assists web developers and web designers with implementing best practices.
- Provides SEO thought leadership internally and with clients.
- Collaborates with agency accounts on strategic planning initiatives.
- Researches and reports on SEO trends and developments in key channels and stays updated on the latest search engine trends and guidelines including algorithm updates and compliance with search engines.
- Collaborates with content and creative teams to develop effective SEO strategies.
- Attends seminars as appropriate and engages in networking opportunities.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape including organic and paid social media paid media search web email and other channels to ensure that all efforts are working together cohesively.
- Self-motivated with ability to take direction and collaborate with others.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing.
- In-depth expertise in social media marketing.
- Experience or a strong desire to gain experience working with B2B brands demonstrating a solid understanding of their unique marketing needs and challenges.

WHAT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing advertising or public relations.
