Job Description
Irrigation Crew Member
Reports to: Irrigation Supervisor
Supervises: N/A
Responsibilities
- Installs/Assists in the installation of drip and sprinkler systems and updates old systems
- Maintains irrigation systems including winterizing the systems and starting them up in spring
- Repairs and inspects lines valves and sprinklers on underground lawn sprinkler systems
- Troubleshoots computerized systems irrigation controllers solenoid valves and sprinkler heads of all types
- Operates tractors excavators trenchers power tools and hand tools to install lines
- May operate various snow removal equipment and shovel snow and ice from designated areas
- Performs other duties as required

Knowledge/ Skills
- Good driving record
