What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register new applicants and conduct viewings
• Win new instructions through valuations and strong client rapport
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving and exceeding targets
• Grow the property register and contribute to branch profitability
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and service delivery
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Significant experience in residential property sales
• Proven listing/valuations experience beneficial
• High level of sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ambitious well-presented and self-motivated
• Positive telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Kingston area (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
