Role Background:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Representatives who are tasked with identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Leveraging your expertise in sales and leadership you will coach mentor and motivate your team to achieve and exceed their targets.
Key Tasks:
Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives across France Italy and Spain providing guidance support and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
Develop and implement strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation including optimizing outbound prospecting efforts refining messaging and identifying new target markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales marketing and product to align BDR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Establish and track key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of BDR activities and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of the BDR team.
Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability creativity and professional growth.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle selling experience
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role with a proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies processes and best practices.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Salesforce Salesloft Gong or other CRM software is preferred.
