Customer Service Coordinator

Our company Closet Factory is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design sell and install custom closets home offices garages home theaters pantries bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business in Tampafor over 27 years and have locations across the country.
We are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals forClientServices atour Westchaseoffice. Weare a hard working company and are seeking to improve our performance with like-minded team players. We want employees who are creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach to their jobs.
Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You come in contact with many different types of people and help them with their requests. There is a team atmosphere in the Office and all challenges are handled as a group. All clients need to be handled with care so we are looking for those individuals with great customer service skills.
We provide paid Holidays paid vacation time and a company match IRA program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls for appointments
- Working with clients to book design consultations with our staff
- Maintaining updated records in our CRM system
- Scheduling and confirming installation dates with clients and factory
- Data entry in our CRM system
- Maintaining customer database
- Scheduling service issues
- Processing new orders and payments
- Working with employees in the field
- Answering busy/multiplephone lines
- Hours are 8:30 am - 5 pm
Specific requirements:
- Good organization skills and be able to multi-task
- Computer experience including Word and Excel excellent typingskills
- Experience with Sales Force CRS data baserequired
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work assignments critical tasks and routine work
- Familiar with the Greater Tampa Bayarea roads and locations
- Previous experience in theHome Improvement or construction fielda plus
- Previous experience in Quickbooks a plus

Monday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Rate:
$18- $21/ hour based on experience
