Senior Strategist
Location: Atlanta GA
The Role
Were looking for a strategist whos hungry to help redefine what strategy looks like in the Participation Erawhere the best ideas arent just talked about theyre lived shared and felt. As a Senior Strategist youll take the lead on day-to-day strategy across key clients shaping thinking that inspires bold creativity and real-world impact.
Youll turn insights into action briefs into belief and help build ideas that people want to participate innot just watch. Youll partner closely with creatives account leads and clients and play a critical role in moving the work forward from the first question to the final execution. Youll also support a Strategy Director on high-profile accounts helping to elevate the thinking and execution across the broader strategic vision.
What Youll Do
- Drive Strategic Participation
- Lead strategy across 12 client businesses connecting cultural insight to brand ambition
- Write sharp inspiring briefs that unlock participation-worthy ideas
- Use data research and empathy to uncover the real problem behind the ask
- Build communications strategies that move through peoples lives not just channels
- Collaborate Across the Business
- Be the strategic engine across cross-functional teamscreative account media and production
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients grounded in trust and shared ambition
- Support a Strategy Director on key accounts contributing to the strategic direction and execution
- Present thinking thats clear compelling and rooted in outcomes
- Grow the Work and the Culture
- Help shape a culture of curiosity creativity and participation within the team
- Contribute to new business efforts and broader creative opportunities
- Stay close to culture technology and behaviorfueling the work with whats happening now
Who You Are
- A thinker and a doerequally excited about cracking the brief and seeing it come to life
- A student of culture language and human behavior
- A clear communicator with a knack for framing problemsand possibilities
- Someone who thrives on collaboration and brings energy to the room
- 35 years of experience in brand communications or creative strategy
