Job Description: Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitive positioning and trends.
- Prepare sales presentations proposals and contracts for clients.
- Meet sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to specific markets.
- Participate in trade shows exhibitions and other networking events to promote products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends product knowledge and innovations to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
