Job Description

For our office in Weil am Rhein we are looking for you as Operation Coordinator (m/f/x).
Tasks
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to support collection and assortment planning
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports for budgeting purchasing and forecasting
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to manage supply chain operations
- Communicate with international suppliers and track delivery timelines
- Support general administrative tasks such as data entry scheduling and preparing presentations
- Participate in internal projects to improve workflows and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in controlling or a degree in business fashion management or a related field is an advantage
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and a structured analytical working style
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
- Proactive organized and reliable team player
- Analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers
