Description/Job Summary
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. overtime as needed including weekends.
Job Descriptions: Participate in all functions of HR including payroll and benefit administration hiring onboarding and retention of employees compliance with Dept. of Labor and OFCCP guidelines and system implementation. Assist in development of delivery of manager and supervisor training in all areas of human capital management conflict resolution and employee discipline.
Bacic Qualifications:
- Must possess high school diploma or higher. (Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of payroll/benefits administration / HR experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word.
- Must be able to read write speak and understand the English language fluently.
- Must exhibit self-control in conflict resolution.
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills
- Must have courteous manner and neat appearance.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
